Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming movie Kabali is all set to release on July 1, 2016. The teaser had crossed eight million views in just two days. Ever since the film’s teaser released, the expectations of the audience have gone very high and this became a chance for producers and distributors to make cash out of it.

The film has been making headlines regarding the pre-release earnings. The movie has already earned 200 crores before its release. Well, it looks like the movie has many more paths to break. All credit goes to distribution and satellite rights. The movie has already become a hit and is set to break all records upon its release.

As per a report,

“The Telugu dubbing rights of the film have also been finalized for a phenomenal amount and two Bollywood distributors have been camping in Chennai over the Hindi theatrical dubbing rights. In the overseas market, the film’s France distribution rights alone have sold for more than double what other star films command in the entire European market.”

Kalaipuli Thanu, the distributor of the movie says that “today a movie starring Rajnikanth generates approximately 40% of the theatrical revenue outside the star’s (Rajnikanth) core area. Yes, this is true and no other actor from South India enjoys such high theatrical viewership outside.” A distributor from Mumbai offered a whopping 16 crores for Kabali, he added.

Kabali is all set to hit 5000 screens all across the globe in 4 different languages i.e. Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil.
