The role is said to be crucial and it is apt to the actor to portray the character. The name of the role is Jayadev Rana. Actor Suriya is playing the same role in Tamil and Hindi versions of the film.

It is known that Rajamouli has given three sensational blockbusters to NTR in the form of ‘Student No 1’, ‘Simhadri’ and ‘Yamadonga’. NTR fans are waiting for a long time to see the combination again on the big screen.
