Central Board of Secondary Education Successfully conducted the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) Retest examination on 25th July 2015 as per the orders of the supreme court. A large number of candidates appeared for the examination. The test is conducted for the admissions into undergraduate courses of MBBS/BDS. The result of AIPMT 2015 is going to declare today i.e; 17th August 2015. Medical counselling committee has announced the schedule for online counselling. The candidates who had qualified in the examination should attend for the counselling process. The following are the details regarding the counselling process.

AIPMT Counselling Schedule 2015:

The All India Pre-Medical / Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) is an annual medical entrance examination in India. The exam is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in several medical colleges across the country. At present, 15% of the total seats in all medical and dental colleges run by the Union of India, state governments, municipal or other local authorities in India, except in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu and Kashmir, are reserved for candidates who qualify this examination.

Changes in Online UG Counselling Scheme for the Year 2015:

In previous years the counselling use to start before grant of permission by central government to start new Medical/Dental College, increse in MBBS/BDS seats in existing Medical/Dental Colleges and renewal of permission to colleges started in last four years. Therefore before start of Round 3 online counselling newly created MBBS/BDS seats were added in the seats for Round 1 and Round 2 and candidates are required to fill fresh choices before start of Round-3.

But this year Central government has central government granted permission to Medical and Dental colleges so, for the year 2015 UG All India quota online counselling the Round 3 will be an up gradation without fresh choice filling.

Moreover this year counselling committee has decided to provide facility of online registration (In case candidates are not satisfied with allotted seat or wish to join MBBS/BDS seat allotted through state quota). All such candidates should submit online registration by visiting the MCC website using user name and password. So, that such seat is available to All India Quota candidates for allotment in Round 2 and 3 and thereafter for surrender to respective states.

Note: The candidates who have registered online will not be eligible to participate in further rounds of counselling.

Counselling Schedule for All India Quota UG (MBBS/BDS) seats- 2015:

Main counselling registration, Choice Filling and Locking of choices – 19th August 2015 to 11.59 pm on 21st August, 2015.

Process of seat allotment for Round 1 – 22nd August 2015

Results of Round-1 – 23rd August 2015.

The candidates who got the seats in first round should report Medical/Dental college between 24th August and latest by 6 pm on 27th August 2015.

Counselling Schedule for All India Quota UG (MBBS/BDS) seats- 2015 Round-2:

Process of Seat Allotment: 1st September 2015

Result declaration of Round 2: 2nd September 2015.

Reporting the College : From 3rd September 2015 and 6 pm on 7th September, 2015

Counselling Schedule for All India Quota UG (MBBS/BDS) seats- 2015 Round-3:

Process of Seat Allotment: 9th September 2015.

Result declaration of Round 3: 10th September 2015.

The candidates who got the seats in third round should report Medical/Dental college between 11th September and 6 pm on 15th September 2015.

Transfer of vacant seats under AIQ to State Quota will be done after 6 pm on 15th September, 2015.

Important Documents Required at the Time of Admission:

All the candidates should produce all the original documents at the time of admission. The following are the documents required for Medical/Dental college admissions.

• Admit Card issued by CBSE.
• Rank card or Result issued by CBSE.
• Birth Certificate (If Metric certificate does not bear the same)
• Metric Certificate.
• 10+2 certificate
• 10+2 Marks sheet.
• Six passport size photographs.
• Provisional allotment order which is generated on-line.
• Identity Proof.
• Category & Other Certificates ( if Applicable).
