The Central Board of Secondary Education conducted the AIPMT retest for medical and dental courses on 25^th July and likely to announce the results on Monday, 17 August. A total of 6,32,625 candidates were registered for this examination, out of which 4,22,859 aspirates downloaded their call letters. More than 4 lakh students were appeared for this retest which was held at 1,065 centers in 50 cities throughout the country and abroad. This year has become a roller coaster ride for medical aspirates, AIPMT which is a gateway for medical aspirates for admissions into state medical colleges was held on May 3, 2015 and got cancelled as the question paper and circulation of the answer keys through electronic devices across 10 states. In the next order on 19 June, the apex court had set a deadline of 17 August to conduct and declare the results, hence accordingly examination was held on 25^th July and CBSE is all set to release results. Candidates are recommended to check their ranks on aipmt.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.nic.in/welcome.htm, by using their roll numbers.

All India Pre-Medical / Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) is an annual medical entrance examination in India. The exam is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in several medical colleges across the country. At present, 15% of the total seats in all medical and dental colleges run by the Union of India, state governments, municipal or other local authorities in India, except in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu and Kashmir, are reserved for candidates who qualify this examination.

AIPMT 2015 Cut off 

Cut off score is the qualifying marks which candidates must score to be eligible for getting admissions in the state medical colleges. The AIPMT 2015 cut off will depends on availability of seats, number of applicants, and difficulty level in the entrance examination. According to officials, the qualifying mark is 50% marks for general category and 40% for SC, ST and OBC category candidates taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. The result of only those candidates will be declared who will score the qualifying marks in entrance exam.
