The Central Board of Secondary Education successfully conducted the National Eligibility Test (NET) on 28th June 2015. A large number of candidates applied and appeared for the examination which was held at various examination centers. The NET 2015 was conducted to determine the eligibility of the Indian national candidates for the award of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) NET and for determining eligibility for appointment Assistant Professors (NET) in IIT colleges & other Indian universities and institutions. All the aspirants who have appeared for the examination are eagerly waiting for the result. CBSE is going to announce the results very soon in the month of September/October 2015. CBSE National Eligibility Test (NET) 2015:

The University Grants Commission (UGC) of India is a statutory body set up by the Indian Union government in 1956, and is charged with coordination, determination and maintenance of standards of higher education. Its headquarters is in New Delhi, and six regional centers in Pune, Bhopal, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Guwahati and Bangalore. UGC, along with CSIR currently conducts NET for appointments of teachers in colleges and universities. It has made NET qualification mandatory for teaching at Graduation level and at Post Graduation level since July 2009.

UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) Results 2015:

The University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) is a prestigious entrance exam which is conducted twice a year (December & June). Central Board of Secondary Education on behalf of University Grants Commission (UGC) conducted the National Eligibility Test.
