Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released the notification for 1919 posts of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) in the month of June 2015. A large number of candidates who are waiting for the government jobs can apply for these posts. Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) TGT 2015 Recruitment:

Haryana Staff Selection Commission (earlier Subordinate Services Selection Board) is constituted as per the proviso of Article 309 of constitution of India, vide Haryana Government Notification No.523-3GS-70/2068, dated 28.01.1970. Through it was granted statutory status of Haryana Staff Selection Commission vide Haryana Govt. Gazette Notification dated 28.02.2005. The Commission conducts examinations/interviews for appointments to Group ‘C’ services and may be called up on to conduct examination/interview for appointment to Group ‘B’ and ‘D’ services if required by the state Government. The Commission devices the mode of selection and fixed criteria for selection to posts as if may deem appropriate departments send requisitions to the Commission which are duly advertised in four newspapers, two Hindi and two English and port on the website.

This year HSSC released notification for 1919 TGT posts for various subjects. All the candidates who are interested can go through the notification and apply through online which starts from 21st August 2015 and closes on 21st September 2015.

Educational Qualification:

The Candidate should posses the following educational qualification for all the posts

a) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject.

(b) Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) of respective subject for the post applied, conducted by Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani.
Note- The candidates those who are having/passed HTET till the date of interview after advertisement will be allowed for interview on the basis of acquiring HTET (Test) till the date of interview.

(c) Essential qualification (EQ) is given with each post.

Age Limit:

Candidate age should be between 18‐42 years, relaxation as given in special instructions. Age relaxation is applicable for teachers working in privately managed Govt. Aided Schools, recognized schools and government schools as per rules.

Pay Scale:

Rs.9300‐34800 with a grade pay of Rs. 4600/‐

Educational Qualification for 895 post of TGT Science (including 754 post of Backlog):

B. Sc. and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education:
OR
B. Sc. with at least 50% marks and 1 year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.); OR
B. Sc. with at least 45% marks and 1 year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.), in accordance with NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard;
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed):
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years B.Sc. Ed.;
OR
B. Sc. with at least 50% marks and 1 years B. Ed. (Special Education);

ii)In case of B.Sc. a combination of at least three subjects out of the following:
(1) Physics (2) Chemistry (3) Botany (4) Zoology (5) Mathematics

Note: In the case of Hons. Degree, in any of the above mentioned subjects, the candidate must have studied other two subjects in the first and second year of course.

iii.In case of B. Ed. Science as a teaching subject from a recognized university

Educational Qualification for 662 post of TGT Physical Education:

Graduate with Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or Diploma in Physical Education (D.P.Ed) or its equivalent from a recognized University.

Educational Qualification for 31 posts of TGT Urdu :

i. B.A. with at least 50% marks in Urdu as an elective subject and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education;
OR
B.A. with at least 50% marks as well as in Urdu as an elective subject and 1 year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.);
OR
B.A. with at least 45% marks as well as 50% marks in Urdu as an elective subject and 1 year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.), in accordance with NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard;
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed):
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years BA Ed.;
OR
B.A. with at least 50% marks as well as in Urdu as an elective subject and 1 years B. Ed. (Special Education);

ii.In case of B. Ed. Urdu as a teaching subject from a recognized university.

Educational Qualification for 34 posts of TGT Music:

• Scanned Copy of valid Eligibility Certificate in case of DESM candidates duly issued by the respective Zila Sainik Board.
• Scanned Copy of Sport Gradation Certificate in case of Outstanding Sports Persons, duly issued by the Competent Authority.

• All original certificates/documents/testimonials of educational qualifications and other documents mentioned in the online applications and one set of self attested copies of all these certificates.Printed Copy of online application form along with latest stamp size photograph duly attested by a gazetted officer and pasted on the application form.
• Original proof of earlier/fresh fee deposited i.e. e-Challan etc.

CAUSES OF REJECTION OF APPLICATION: –

The following are likely causes of rejection:-

• More than one application form for a particular category.
• Application is incomplete and not online.
• Full fee, if not deposited in the manner prescribed.
• No qualification of Hindi/Sanskrit as prescribed in advertisement.
• Applicant does not possess the requisite academic qualification on cut off date.
• Applicant does not indicate visible identification mark in appropriate column of application form.
• Candidate is underage/overage on the cut off date/closing date.
• Variation in data of online application form and in original documents when brought for verification/scrutiny-cum-interview.
• Lack of essential qualification as prescribed in advertisement.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on written examination/ interview.

Candidates have to pay Rs. 150/- for Gen (Male/ Female), Rs. 75/- for Gen (Female of Haryana resident only), Rs. 35 for Male of SC/ BC/ SBC/ EBPG candidates of Haryana State only, Rs. 18/- for Female of SC/ BC/ SBC/ EBPG candidates of Haryana State only through Net banking or e-Challan in any branch of State Bank of India, State Bank of Patiala, Punjab National Bank and IDBI Bank after 48 hours of registration of online application form. No fee for Physically Handicapped/ Ex-Serviceman candidates of Haryana.
