JSSC Recruitment Notification 2015:
The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission(J.S.S.C.) has been constituted by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Act 2008 (Jharkhand Act 16, 2008) and it has been published vide Gazette notification no. 829 dt. 6 December 2008 of Jharkhand Government. Jharkhand Act 2008 has been amended by Jharkhand Act 03,2011 and Jharkhand Act 19,2011; published vide Gazette notification nos. 153 dt. 24 February 2011 and 687 dt. 11 October 2011 respectively. It releases the recruitment notification and counts examination to recruit eligible candidates in various departments. This year it has released notification for the recruitment of Police Constable & Armed Police. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online as the application process has been started. Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess 10th class from Jharkhand State Educational Institution.
Age limit:
Candidates, minimum age limit is 18 years & maximum age limit is 25 years for UR, 27 years for EBC (Schedule-1) & BC (Male) (Schedule-2), 28 years for UR, EBC (Schedule-1) & BC (Schedule-2 Female) Residents of Jharkhand, 30 years for SC/ ST (Male & Female) as on 01-08-2015. Refer the notification for Home Guard age details.
Note:
Except Jharkhand, all other categories shall be considered as Unreserved/ General category.
Pay scale:
Rs.5200- 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2000 per month
Examination Fee:
Candidates have to pay Rs.200/- for Others & Rs.50/- for SC/ ST candidates of Jharkhand through Net banking/ Debit card/ Credit card in SBI/ Other banks.
Selection process:
The selection of candidates would be done through Jharkhand Constable Competitive Exmination-2015 (JCCE- 2015) and include a Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Physical & Medical Examination.
