Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Education (MSBSHSE) has conducted the supplementary exam for SSC / class 10 students in the month of June 2015 at various examination centers. All the Students who have participated in the class 10 supplementary examination must be waiting to know their result. And now, the wait is over. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) was established on January 1966 by an act of Maharashtra State Secondary Education Boards Act 1965. MSBSHSE is a sovereign structure created under the proving of the Maharashtra. There are about 21000 schools (SSC) and 7000 Higher Secondary Schools / junior colleges in the entire state. It is one and only state education board in Maharashtra providing quality education to the students of Maharashtra. The Board is responsible to conduct HSC examination, preparing syllabus, issuing certification after the final exam.

Maharashtra Board (MSBSHSE) conducts sSC examinations twice a year. This year in 2015 lakhs of students had appeared for the SSC main examination conducted in the month of February /March 2015. The board declared the main exam result in May 2015. Those students who failed in the exam had appeared for the supplementary exam which was held in the month of June. Now the students are eagerly waiting for MSBSHSE SSC Supplementary Result 2015. The board is likely to publish the Maharashtra 10^th class supplementary Result 2015 very soon at the official website mahresult.nic.in.

Recently the MSBSHSE had also modified the passing rules for class 10 and 12 students which came in to affect from June 2015. Under this rule the students need to score on top of the written examination cut-off of 20% marks (at least 16 marks in an 80-mark question paper) as well as 35% marks in aggregate to ‘pass’ a subject. This new rule has been introduced so as to tackle the situation where students with terribly poor marks in written examination could also ‘pass’ a subject on the strength of the marks they scored in practical exams which are granted generously by their school and college.
