Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the notification for the recruitment of 134 Officers in Grade-B (General) vacancies by direct recruitment. Applications are invited from all eligible and qualified candidates who wish to get a job in Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Reserve Bank of India, well known as RBI is a Central Bank of India. It was established in the year 1935. All commercial and Public sector banks in India are monitored by Reserve Bank of India. It has branches all over the India to provide better services to its customers. RBI releases recruitment notifications annually to fill vacancies in its various branches across the country. Now it has released the Grade B Recruitment notification on 5th October 2015 at its official website www.rbi.org.in. The selection of participating and eligible candidates will be done through a written exam which will be conducted in two phases on dates as mentioned.

Age Limit: The age of applicants should lie in between 21 years to 30 years as on October 1, 2015. There will be relaxations in the upper age limit by 32 years and 34 years for candidates having M.Phil and PhD. Degrees respectively.
Educational Qualification: A minimum of 60% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PWD) or an equivalent grade in Bachelor’s degree as well as in 12th and 10th standard examinations.
Selection Procedure: Candidate’s selection will be through ON-LINE examinations and interview. Examinations will be held in two phases – Phase-I online Examination (Objective Type) and Phase-II online Examination. The Phase-II online Examination will be conducted only for the candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of results of Phase-I. The Phase-II examination will be in shifts. Candidates are required to appear for all shifts.
Application Fee: Rs. 850/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates)
Payment Procedure: Candidates have to pay through online by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets. No fee for RBI Staff.
