Staff Selection Commission released the recruitment notification to fill 62390 vacant posts in Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA & SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles. A large number of candidates applied for the examination from all the regions. SSC has conducted the PET/PST test in the month of May/June 2015. SSC Constable GD Admit Card 2015:

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is a GOVT OF INDIA organization to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices. This commission is an attached office of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) which consists of Chairman, two Members and a Secretary-cum-Controller of Examinations. His post is equivalent to the level of Additional Secretary to the Government of India. Then the new constitution and functions of the Staff Selection Commission came into effect from 1 June 1999. This year it has released the notification for the recruitment of 62390 vacancies in Constable GD in various departments. SSC is going to conduct written examination on 4th October 2015 for the recruitment of Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA & SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles. The selection of the candidates for these posts is in three stages i.e; PET/PST, Written Examination, and Medical Examination. PET/PST was conducted in the month of May/June 2015.
