A lot many things changed between Bollywood most promising couple Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai who got hitched on April 20, 2007. These two have stood by each other’s side through thick and thin and set an example of a perfect couple. It is their sixteen years of friendship and eleven years of togetherness as a man and wife which make their fans see them as any other married couple.

But are they a typical couple? Rather, is Aishwarya a typical wife who checks her husband’s phone randomly, and often without his knowledge?

In recent event playing a game, Aishwarya was asked a question. She was asked if she has ever secretly checked on Abhishek’s phone in an impromptu Never have I ever game. Her reply was loud and clear – Never! Now, we know what keeps them together. It is sheer trusting each other unconditionally and respecting individual space. Very important lesson to all the couples out there.

The two went from being colleagues to becoming lovers on the sets of Dhoom 2 (2006) and they took their relationship to the next level by deciding to get married during Guru (2007)

Professionally, Aishwarya will be seen with Anil Kapoor in Fanne Khan and is therefore sporting flaming red hair as a part of the look for the film. Abhishek will be seen in Manmarziyan after close to two years! He is shooting the film in Kashmir with Anurag Kashyap and had said how it makes him nostalgic to shoot in the Paradise on earth. They are waiting for the right script that gives them a chance to work together.

However, things got further different tracked when Abhishek opened up about being unsecured with Aishwarya. He added that it is Aish who started feeling unsecured post the birth of daughter Aaradhya. He revealed everything in the recent interview with Anupama Chopra. Talking about Aish’s comeback, he said, “When she came back (to movies), she went through the same insecurities of ‘Am I gonna be able to do?’. ‘Am I gonna pick up where I left off?’ ‘I am gonna climb that mountain again?’”

“They were okay with it. I think somewhere they were like ‘Okay, one year has gone by, what is this guy doing? I think that’s a parental instinct. My wife was fine because I walk my family through everything I do so they are on the same page,” he added.

On the other hand, many believe that there are various reasons behind his comments, starting with Aishwarya’s problems faced with the paparazzi, the outburst Abhishek faced for living with his parents and the things that caused distress when a stranger came forward claiming that Aishwarya is his surrogate mother.

On a brief note, Abhishek said that he ignores these rumors so does his wife Aishwarya, and we can conclude that the young boy from Karnataka has finally got his answer.
