Both tied the knot in a private ceremony with family and a few friends in attendance in Tuscany, Italy. And the wedding was one of the most romantic, dreamy and fairytale-like weddings of 2017. With the perfectly good looking people in love, coupled with perfection in their work, their wedding was bound to be perfect.
Their every little thing, from the secrecy to their wedding photos, everything speaks volumes of true love and grandeur! Post the secret wedding affair, the newlywed couple arranged two receptions in New Delhi and Mumbai.
Later, they took off for their honeymoon to South Africa, where Virushka spent a quality time. Post that, the duo is back at work, Virat with South Africa tour and Anushka with her upcoming movie Pari and Zero. But, the duo is again in the news and this time, because of Anushka’s parents.
After almost two months of Virushka’s wedding, Anushka’s parents presented a gift to the couple and the gift they feel is precious and important for them. According to the reports, Anushka Sharma’s father Col (Retd.) Ajay Kumar Sharma has gifted Tejaswini Divya Naik’s book Smokes And Whiskey to son-in-law Virat Kohli.
The actor’s parents attended the inaugural event of Tejaswini Divya Naik’s book, which is a collection of 42 poems on relationships, the ups, and downs that come along with it, on February 3 in Mumbai. Anushka’s father was impressed by Naik’s work, so much so that he decided to gift one of its copies to his son-in-law.
Anushka will next be seen in ‘Pari’ that releases on March 2. This will be the first film release for Anushka post her marriage with Virat Kohli. ‘Pari’ is the third project of Clean Slate Films after ‘NH10’ and ‘Phillauri’ which were critically acclaimed.
