By taking a wide span of a gap for two years, she resumed her career in the film industry with Akshay Kumar’s ‘Toilet’ which also ended up to be a major commercially successful movie.
But what remains surprising is the way Pednekar stealth the ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’ with an assured turn, effortlessly making you care for Sandhya, without ever reducing her to a slobbering, self-pitying caricature. and, after filming, she began losing weight and shared methods and tips of the process through her social media.
Once again leaving everyone shocked, she lost significant weight before the release of the film. The film proved to be a sleeper hit and Pednekar won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut for the film. It appears like the actress is once again about to do the same, but, this time it isn’t anything about gaining weight.
Her new look was out on prominent ‘India Today’ magazine, in the cover picture, the actress looked stunningly new, and we all are going to love her changeover. Bhumi shared the cover on her social media account.

Meanwhile, she is now prepping for her role in upcoming dacoit’s movie titled Sone Chidaiya. And, this further-lean look is for the movie. This flick pairs Sushant Singh Rajput and Bhumi Pednekar for the first time and the film will go on floors from January next year. And, unlike the above picture, she is working on losing more weight for the movie.
