Out of so many writers who met their downfall in the field of literature, Chetan Bhagat tops the list for sure. Starting with a little success in writing, his career was once on a high swing as the movie ‘3 Idiots’ which is based on his novel became a block buster.

It didn’t take much time to make it a semi-circle, Bhagat’s career has started falling drastically with his mere or non-existing plots and irrelevant story-telling of which people are now completely annoyed. Be it his opinion on ‘Demonetization’ or being a judge in some utterly irrelated program like ‘Nach Baliye’, Bhagat was often targeted for being so much eccentric, in a bad manner.

Well, after all, he once led a successful career in writing, and his novels were treated as the starters for any aspiring readers. Time stained his books and his boring way of presenting the story catalyzed the downfall deliberately.

Now after so much time, Bhagat has once again topped the news for another embarrassing reason. He recently reached a rare milestone on Twitter, bagged 10 million followers. Thanking people for the same, he posted a picture tweet in which it was written:

“No pouting selfies. No cleavage photos. No six pack displays. No position of power. No child of someone famous. No actor. No cricketer. No model. Just a writer who had a dream now with one crore followers. Thank you all for the 10 million. No words to express my gratitude. Stay positive”.

No matter what his inner intentions are, this tweet absolutely sounds ridiculous, he is taking sly digs at the sports stars, actors and models which actually is unfair.

On the top of everything, it is his words saying ‘No Cleavage’ that roped in unnecessary aspects in between, a netizen even ended up shooting a question “have a cleavage”. “Congratulations!! But the point is, how can you have a cleavage??”

But, that was not it. His thanking tweet roped in so much hatred that it resulted in 0.1 million followers leaving his Twitter handle. A Twitter user wrote: “Looks like .1 million unfollowed you after this cringy tweet.” He even captured the moment of the same in which his account is reflecting 9.9 million followers instead of 10million.
