The shooter of Grammy nominated American rapper Nipsey Hussle has been identified by the Los Angeles Police

33-year-old Nipsey Hussle was shot dead in Los Angeles yesterday.

The news was confirmed by Mayor Eric Garcetti of Los Angeles, he tweeted, “Our hearts are with the loved ones of Nipsey Hussle and everyone touched by this awful tragedy.”

The Los Angeles Police Department said, “At approximately 3:20 pm there was a shooting reported in the area of Slauson Ave and Crenshaw Blvd. 3 victims were transported to a local hospital where one was pronounced deceased.”

The suspect of the crime

The Los Angeles Police Department has named a primary suspect in the killing of American rapper Nipsey Hussle.

29-year-old Eric Holder is currently wanted for homicide, the Los Angeles Police Department announced this on 10:18 AM – 2 Apr 2019.

Eric was last seen in a white 4 door 2016 Chevrolet Cruze that had a California License Plate of 7RJD742.

Nipsey was shot dead on Sunday near a clothing store that he owned in LA.

The police said that Eric Holder walked to Nipsey and 2 other men as they waited outside a business in a strip mall that is located on West Slauson Boulevard.

The police added that Eric fired multiple shots at Nipsey and his companions and ran to an alley nearby where their getaway vehicle was at, the police said: “an unidentified female was waiting for him”.

Nipsey was killed in the shooting, 2 other men attained injuries and were rushed to a hospital.

The police released a statement and said, “Detectives have worked tirelessly and are now asking for the public’s help in locating the suspect in this case.”
