Here comes the end of the most popular novel in the world ‘Harry Potter’ and its series. Harry Potter is a series of fantasy novels written by British author J. K. Rowling. The Harry Potter novels are about the life of a young Harry Potter and his friends all of whom are students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

The main story concerns about Harry’s struggle against Lord Voldemort, a dark wizard who intends to become immortal, overthrow the wizard governing body known as the Ministry of Magic and subjugate all wizards and non-magical people. Seven novels, eight films, and a play are the books, films, and games released about Harry Potter.

The latest and much-awaited Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, is already sold out and there are still Potter addicts who are eagerly waiting for their copies to arrive. Amidst all the happiness, ‘Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’ is going to be the last Harry Potter book ever.

After almost twenty years of Potter mania, JK Rowling has finally announced that she is officially done with it. After a huge response and followers to the Harry Potter novels and films, the queen is ending the Potter reign.

Rowling has officially confirmed that the story of the boy is over for good. She announced it at the London premiere of Cursed Child’s stage production saying, “[Harry] goes on a very big journey during these two plays and, then, yeah, I think we’re done. This is the next generation. So, I’m thrilled to see it realized so beautifully but, no, Harry is done now.”

The latest book is not actually a book per say, but it’s a script of the two-part play. The book that went on sale Sunday at midnight has managed to break all pre-order records. The play will be played for the public now, the tickets for which will be available from August 4.

It sounds bittersweet, but everything has an end and it definitely should be ended. Right? However, something happy about Harry Potter series is that the story is going to have a good ending.
