Shah Rukh Khan Upset With Ritesh Deshmukh’s Bank Chor Spoof Of Jab Harry Met Sejal, His Reaction
This is an era of marketing and promotions, publicity plays a key role in bringing the movie into the limelight. Celebrities are choosing distinctive ways to bring out the buzz on their movie releases. In a bid to reach a bigger market, Ritesh Deshmukh’s starrer Bank Chor has chosen a different path. The movie makers already garnered enough attention on Social media platforms by following the idea of spoofings.
As of now, the movie crew already released the spoof of their own movie trailer which is now going viral on the Internet. Now, it seems Bank Chor makers are still spoofing around. After creating a spoof of their own trailer, the makers of the movie recreated the posters of blockbuster hits including The Dark Knight, Salman Khan starrer Wanted, Shah Rukh Khan starrer Ra.One is included, totaling nearly 30 movie posters.
In this series of spoof posters, the most recent one is of Jab Harry Met Sejal starring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma, as soon as Shah Rukh Khan saw the spoof poster, he took to Twitter and wrote, “U could have used a better picture for Harry…Sejal looks lovely.” Now we don’t know the actors’ mood, whether he is joking or angry. But we are pretty sure SRK is just pulling Riteish’s leg and it also appears like SRK is not much happy with it.

Anyway, all the credits to Ashish Patil, the Producer of Bank Chor to know about how is it going to be different than other films. He showed us some of the promotional clips and talked about how he has experimented with the marketing style, talking about the insane comedy that the film has, he says, “The closest reference I can think of is Deadpool. It’s very laughing at yourself.”
Coming to the details, the movie is directed by Bumpy and produced by Ashish Patil. The story is written by Baljeet Singh Mariah and Bumpy, will be released on 16th June. Riteish Deshmukh plays the Character of Champak Chandrakant Chiplunkar and Vivek Oberoi plays the role of Amjad Khan a CBI officer.
