But a large chunk of people including celebrities and fans fiercely defended the actress. However, Sunny Leone seems to have invited trouble by posting the picture of Nisha, and all the trouble is just because of the concerned laws, as she unconsciously broke them.

Parallel to this, the Central Adoption Resource Authority(CARA) has come in trouble because they also shared the picture of the 21-month-old girl child on Twitter and that too with unpleasant words. As per reports, CARA is being accused of violating the Juvenile Justice Act.

The tweet read: “Without looking at color, background and health status, Sunny Leone happily took the child in adoption. We respect that they didn’t try to bend the rules and stood in the queue like all the other parents.”

Now, after she shared the precious moment, The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights has taken notice of all the brouhaha surrounding Nisha’s picture and has alleged her of violating the Juvenile Justice (JJ) Act. The act denotes that posting the pictures before the completion of the adoption procedure is illegal.

After this trouble, Sunny has deleted her daughter’s pictures from social media.
