Sunny Leone Reacts To Mass Suicide Threats Against Her New Year Show In Bangalore
From being one of the leading porn stars to the most admired actress in India, Sunny Leone’s journey to the stardom is just an epitome of impossibilities. It is the public who bolstered her all the way to the career peak stage.
He back-to-back item numbers in the blockbusters and astounding screen presence have drawn in huge attention towards her. Despite the way she got so many followers, in the beginning, the journey of her has totally altered with time, time and tide, she proved that she is nothing less in her way of life.
Meanwhile, Sunny Leone is in the news for a weird reason. It is about Sunny’s New Year Show in Bengaluru. If you remember, last year Bangalore saw a really shameful incident of female molestation at the New Year Bash and to avoid such incident to happen this year there were protests against the show of Sunny Leone.
Karnataka Rakshana Vedike Yuva Sene thought that Sunny Leone’s show will encourage such activities so they protested to cancel the show. As per India Today, the president of the group went on to say that if the show is not canceled, they will commit mass suicide.
He said, “We are against Sunny wearing short clothes. If she wears saree and takes part in the event, even we’ll go watch her. Sunny doesn’t have a good past. We shouldn’t be encouraging such people. We will not hesitate to commit suicide on December 31.”
However, in a twist, Bangalore Police also joined the protest and asked to cancel the show. Since so much has happened in a matter of very little time, Sunny Leone herself has decided to back out and cancel the show.
Sunny took to Twitter and announced that she’ll not attend the show in Bangalore. The tweet read, “Since the police of Bangalore have publicly said that they will not be able to ensure mine & all who attend safety for my New Year’s event, my team & I feel, the safety of the people should always come first, therefore, I cannot attend. God bless & I wish everyone a safe & happy New Year!”

In another tweet, she wrote, “To all those who protested and to all those who supported, always remember, never allow others to speak and choose for you.Have your own voice and make your own choices. You are the youth and you are the NEW INDIA! Stand Proud and Stand together. I love you all dearly!”

Twitterati soon came to support her and even some big personalities were there to appreciate Sunny.
To @CMofKarnataka ,
This is disappointing! How can @BlrCityPolice not be able to provide security to a performance? The city of #Bengaluru deserves better management. https://t.co/rhmR8Tv6n3— Faye DSouza (@fayedsouza) December 19, 2017
