The first full-length trailer for Aladdin has been released by Disney, most of the fans want to see Will Smith play as the Genie.

The last trailer of the movie left a lot of its viewers disappointed as they only got to see the Genie for a while. After the new trailer was dropped, we got to see more of his character and his wish granting skills.

Disney released the trailer of Aladdin on Twitter with having this caption: “A whole new world. Watch the brand-new trailer for Disney’s #Aladdin, in theatres May 24.”

Aladdin is set to be released on May 24, 2019, the director of the movie is Guy Ritchie.

Will Smith is going play as The Genie and Naomi Scott Will play as Princess Jasmine.

From all the memorable characters Disney has given use, most of the 90’s kids or someone who has watched the original Aladdin can remember how Robin Williams played The Genie back in 1992.

Sadly Robin Williams died in 2014, Will Smith said that he was nervous and terrified to play the Genie after how Robin played it in the original movie.

He added: “But I found a lane that pays homage. It is my own thing, you know? So, I think people are going to love it.”

Will Smith said that this is one of the greatest experiences he had in a filmmaking. He added that he has worked with a lot of big named studios but he said Disney is different and they know what they are doing.

Will said: “It was really a spectacular team of people that came together around a classic story. It’s so spectacular, it’s such a beautiful movie and I can’t wait for people to see it.”

Aladdin in 1992 earned more than $502 Million USD at the global box office. Disney is the parent company of ABC News and Good Morning America.
