R Madhavan is one of the best actors in the Indian Film industry who can impress the audience with his acting skills. He has done some amazing films like 3 Idiots, Tanu Weds Manu, Tanu Weds Manu Returns and Saala Khadoos to name a few in the Bollywood industry.

He is one of the renowned actors in the South industry who has given some of the best films. He acted in the romance genre more and one was the few actors who could act in the movies of 7 languages in the country.

Recently R Madhavan was considered as the villain for Ranveer Singh’s movie Simbba which was earlier presented to Abhishek Bachchan. R Madhavan gave a nod to the script and was excited as this is the first time he will be working with Rohit Shetty. But unfortunately, he had to step out of the project due to his injury.

Madhavan suffered an injury a few days back and he had to get a corrective surgery done for the same. He is presently taking rest for his injury and doctors advised him to take rest until healed but it does take a lot of time to get completely healed.

So with a heavy heart, Madhavan decided to walk out of the project as Simbba will soon start the first schedule as Simbba is scheduled to get released on December 28. Madhavan took it to twitter to express his disappointment about walking out of the project as he was very keen on working with Rohit Shetty.

He wrote that,

“Hey, folks. So I am a huge crazy fan of Rohit Shetty and his films. As is my son. It breaks both our hearts that I’m not able to be a part of this film because of my injury. I’m well on my way to recovery but this is a huge opportunity and excitement lost.”

Simbba is the remake of Telugu movie “Temper” which starred NTR and Kajal Aggarwal. It is the story of a corrupt officer who falls in love and changes himself for good. Sara Ali Khan will be seen as the lead actress in the film and the film is being produced by Karan Johar.

Sara was very keen on choosing her scripts and Amrita, her mother rejected seven scripts for her debut in the Bollywood industry. Well, looks like Karan and Rohit should look for a new Villain for the movie.
