Kollywood Super Star Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s “Theri” movie released worldwide on 14th April on the eve of Tamil New Year (Puthandu). Directed by Atlee and with music composed by GV Prakash, the movie features Samantha & Amy Jackson in the lead female role. Former heroine Meena’s daughter Nainika made her acting debut playing Vijay’s daughter in the film. The Telugu version of Theri (Policeodu) will hit theaters on 15th April.

Theri Movie Review & Rating:

Illayathalapathy Vijay plays an emotional cop in his 59th film. Former heroine Meena’s daughter Nainika made her acting debut playing Vijay’s daughter in the film.

It’s a normal revenge story with good comedy, sentiments and action. Atlee has included sufficient commercial elements to satisfy vijay fans, kids, ladies & family audience. Vijay is simply killing it with awesomeness. His comic timing and antics with Nainika is funny and adorable.

Overall, a very entertaining and engaging first half, but it feels like the next half will be even better
