The poster says audience what to expect from Shahid Kapoor`s Udta Punjab movie. That poster tells us the dark intense story of drug abuse in the hinterlands of Punjab and this is absolutely not for the fainted heart.

Shahid Kapoor finally revealed the secret behind his looks these days. He finally disclosed his upcoming movie name as Udta Punjab where he plays a role called Tommy Singh in the movie. Shahid Kapoor looks perfect in Pujanbi Rock Star look as Tommy Singh. In this, he look like a perfect rock star with long locks, awesome toned abs and finally think beard.

This movie is expected to release on 17^th june, 2016, which is directed by Abhishek Chaubey of Ishqiya fame. Udta Punjab stars Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Alia Bhatt. The trailer of the film is expected to release on 16^th April. The Tag line of the movie comes with “Drugs Di Maa Di”. This is the Alia’s second movie with shahid after shandaar. Diljit Dosanj is doing his debut in hindi with this movie.
