The most anticipated teaser is here! Nagarjuna, Karthi multistarrer movie ‘Oopiri’ teaser has released today on 14th February on the eve of Valentine’s Day. Directed by Vamsi Paidipally, the film is an official remake of French film The Intouchables (2011) which dealt with the relationship of a quadriplegic patient and his caretaker. The film is currently in post-production stage. Milky beauty Tamannaah is playing the female lead role. Anushka, Shriya Saran and Adivi Sesh will be seen in cameo roles in the movie.

Nagarjuna willl be seen as a physically handicapped person in the movie. Nagarjuna recently spoke about the film and said, “I’m playing a totally paralyzed person in Oopiri. Even the neck movement is very mild. It’s a full-on comedy. My relationship with Karthi is very funny. There is no revenge element or things like that. Even how I became a quadriplegic is not shown.”

Earlier, makers have released the first look posters of the movie which got positive response from the audience. This poster released today has raised the expectations among audience on this movie. The audio of the movie is going to be released in the first week of March. Produced by Prasad V Potluri under the banner PVP cinema, the film is simultaneously being shot in Telugu and Tamil languages.  Gopi Sunder has composed the film’s music. Titled Thozha in Tamil, the movie is scheduled for a worldwide release on 25 March 2016 in both Telugu and Tamil.
