All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) conducted the MBBS entrance examination and the results of the same were also declared on 14th June 2016. About 7,137 qualified the entrance examination. Candidates who had cleared the exam can appear for the counseling. A total of 672 seats offer in 7 AIIMS centers across India. he All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) are a group of autonomous public medical colleges of higher education. These institutes have been declared by Act of Parliament as institutions of national importance. AIIMS New Delhi, the fore-runner parent excellence institution, was established in 1956. It conducts MBBS entrance examination every year for the admissions into various institutions. This year it has released notification and the candidates who had qualified in the examination can check the counseling schedule here.

AIIMS released notification and invited online applications for the MBBS entrance examination. All the eligible and interested candidates applied and appeared for the examination across 171 cities. Candidates of top 2000 ranks are called for the counseling which is commencing from 4th July 2016. Aspirants can check the schedule and download the rank cards from the direct link provided below.
The 7 AIIMS ie., New Delhi, Patna (Bihar), Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Jodhpur (Rajasthan), Raipur (Chhattisgarh) Rishikesh (Uttarakhand) and Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) offer 672 seats. In which 337 for unreserved, 181 for OBC, 101 SC and 53 seats for ST candidates.
