Karbonn, the domestic handset manufacturing firm has launched a new smartphone in India namely Quattro L50. The company has come up with a new budget handset for the Indian smartphone market. Karbonn is one of the leading handset firms in India and it has now expanded its product portfolio of 4G devices with the launch of Quattro L50 smartphone. The handset has been listed on the company’s official website. Pricing at an affordable price of Rs. 7,990, the handset will be now exclusively available via the E-commerce portal Amazon India and other online retail websites.

 

Last year, the company has launched two new budget smartphones under the Titanium series namely Titanium S205 2GB and Titanium Moghul which are priced at Rs 5,790 and Rs 6,790 respectively. The company is seeking to strengthen Karbonn’s Titanium smartphone series and the new offerings are a perfect combination of style with substance, a company spokesperson said. The handset is exclusively available in three color variants such as Blue, Grey and Coffee colour options.

Specifications

The Quattro L50 features a 5-inch full lamination display with a pixel resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The handset is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor which is paired with 2GB of RAM. On the storage front, the device includes an internal storage of 16GB which can be further expanded upto 32GB via microSD card. The device runs Kandy UI v1.0 based on Android’s 5.1 Lollipop version.

On the camera front, the device comes equipped with a 13MP rear snapper, LED flash. On the other side, the smartphone packs a 5MP front-facing camera. The smartphone supports 4G as well as 3G connectivity. In terms of connectivity, the handset includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. The new Karbonn Quattro L50 is power-packed by a 2,600mAh battery that completes the package.
