Tamil Nadu SSLC Results 2016:

Tamil Nadu Board of Secondary Education, established in 1910, is under the purview of the Department of Education, Government of Tamil Nadu, India. Up to and ending at the secondary (class 10) level, the following streams of education are offered: the SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) stream, the Anglo-Indian stream, the Oriental School Leaving Certificate (OSLC) stream and the Matriculation stream. TN Board SSLC 10th Class Toppers & Pass % 2016:

Two students in the state has shared the first rank in SSLC board exams in Tamil Nadu by scoring 499 out of 500. The state witnessed an overall better pass percentage at 93.6.

Premsudha, a student SRV Excel Matriculation Higher Secondary school at Rasipuram, and Sivakumar R, a student of Noble Mat HSS, Periyavallikulam, have shared the top rank.

As many as 50 students scored 498 sharing the second rank and 224 students scored 497 sharing the third rank.
