UPSC successfully conducted the Combined Defence Service (CDS) -I written examination in the month of February 2015. A large number of candidates applied and appeared for the examination which was held at various examination centers. The results of the same were also declared. Candidates who had qualified in the written exam appeared for SSB interviews which were held by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence for admission to the 140th Course of Indian Military Academy, Dehradun; Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course.

UPSC CDS-I Final Result 2015:

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)  is India’s central agency authorised to conduct the Civil Services Examination, Indian Forest Service examination, Engineering Services Examination, Combined Defence Services Examination, National Defence Academy Examination, Naval Academy Examination, Combined Medical Services Examination, Special Class Railway Apprentice, Indian Economic Service/Indian Statistical Service Examination, Combined Geoscientist and Geologist Examination, and Central Armed Police Forces(Assistant Commandant) Examination.

UPSC conducts CDS examination twice every year. Similarly this year UPSC conducted CDS-I examination and the candidates who had appeared for the interview can check the final result from the official website.

Check UPSC CDS-I Final Result 2015:

UPSC declared the CDS-1 SSB Interview results. The Commission has recommended 4787, 2921 and 595 as qualified in the written test for admission to the Indian Military Academy/ Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy respectively. The number of candidates finally qualified are those after SSB test conducted by Army Head Quarters. Candidates are required to know that the results of Medical examination have not been taken into account in preparing the final results of UPSC CDS.

• The list of the selected candidates along with the roll numbers will appear on the screen.
• Check the result.
• Download/Take a printout for further reference.

Note: The date of birth and educational qualifications will be verified by the Army Headquarters. The candidature of all these candidates is, therefore, Provisional on this score. The candidates are advised to promptly intimate directly to the Army Headquarters/Naval Headquarters/Air Headquarters in case of their address change.
