Watch: A.R. Rahman’s Son A.R.Ameen Debut Song In Nirmala Convent
Music composer AR Rahman’s son AR Ameen has made his singing debut in Telugu for the upcoming film ‘Nirmala Convent’, a youthful love story with wonderful star cast. Produced by Akkineni Nagarjuna, this new flick is going to be the debut film for the actor Roshan Meka who is the son of the Telugu actor Srikanth.
“Ameen has crooned a song for the film’s protagonist Roshan. It’s lovely and it has come out very well. The makers are very happy,” said a source from the film’s unit. The music composed by Roshan Salur, popular music director Koti’s son and lyrics penned by Anantha Sriram. Nagarjuna has released the song on his twitter account.

Both Roshan and Ameen are debuting this year in Telugu film industry. Roshan as an actor and Ameen as a singer, each walking in the paths of their successful fathers. There are high expectations on them from the audience who admire the actor Srikanth as well as A.R. Rehman.
Ameen has earlier sung an Arabic number (Maula Wa Sallim) in Mani Ratnam’s Tamil hit O Kadhal Kanmani, but Nirmala Convent marks his debut Telugu film as a singer.
Shriya Sharma is playing the female lead in this flick. She had earlier acted in Jai Chiranjeeva, Dookudu and a few other movies as a child artiste. Nimmagadda Prasad is another producer of the movie, directed by debutant G. Naga koteshwar Rao.
