2 Rat Snakes Caught Dancing At Golf Course In India

A video of 2 snakes that appeared to be dancing, left a lot of users on Twitter fascinated and scared.

The video, which was shared on Twitter by Vasudha Varma, a resident of Bengaluru India, was reportedly filmed at a golf course.

In the video, which is around 36 seconds long, shows 2 rat snakes coiling around each other as they were sheltered by shrubs and trees.

Vasudha Varma, who is also the director of the Corporate Engagement at a non-profit group named AnitaB, shared the video on Twitter along with a caption of: “A cosy corner in a golf course becomes a dance floor. Gracious, synchronised swirling and twirling! Beauty is nature.”

The video that Varma shared has over 11 thousand views.

Susanta Nanda, an Indian Forest Service officer, commented on the video and said that the 2 snakes in the video are rat snakes.

Some people in the comment section claimed that the snakes were cobras, but Officer Nanda said they were rat snakes.

For those that are wondering, rat snakes are non-venomous snakes.
