Monkey Steals Man’s iPhone And Takes Selfies Before Ditching It In Jungle

A man from Indonesia was left laughing when he found out that a monkey had stolen his iPhone and took selfies before ditching it in the jungle.

If you find that hard to believe, the man shared images of the incident and they are hilarious.

Zackrydz Rodzim, a student in Johor, Indonesia, was sleeping when the monkey took his phone.

When Rodzim woke up, he thought that he had been burgled, but could not see any signs of a break-in.

He was even more confused to find that his phone casing was under his bed, but his phone was not there.

He also had no luck with the “Find My iPhone” application.

Rodzim also tried to call his mobile on another device, but it did not work.

However, things changed on September 12, 2020.

Rodzim was shocked when he heard a ringtone coming from a jungle near their house as he was calling the phone.

Tracking the ringtone, he found his phone lying under a palm tree, undamaged.

After looking at his phone, he found the face of the thief, who accidentally took images.

To his surprise, he found out that the culprit was a monkey.

The entire incident was shared on September 13, 2020, by Rodzim on Twitter, where he said:

I didn’t know there was a monkey living in my housing area but damn you monkey, you’ve made my life miserable for the past couple of days.

He tried to lure the thief with another phone, however, the monkey is yet to return.
