World’s Only Known Albino Panda With Golden-White Fur Is Caught Roaming In The Wild In China

An extremely rare albino panda, which is believed to be the only known of its kind, was recently caught roaming the wilds of China.

Yes, there are images to prove that this creature is real and it is living peacefully in the country of China!

Images that were shared on Friday of last week shows the white panda with their golden-white fur wandering through a forest.

Official reports suggest that the incident happened in the Wolong National Nature Reserve, which is located in the south-western Sichuan Province.

This is not the first time the animal was seen.

In the year 2019, the same animal was spotted roaming around and images were taken at that time too, however, they were not that good.

The albino panda that we are talking about was spotted for the first time in April 2019.

The panda was photographed by an infrared camera while it was trekking through the forest, which is around 6,562 feet about sea level.

The at that time, was believed to be around 1 to 2 years old.

After spotting the rare panda, officials at the Wolong National Reserve ended up assigning 15 people to cover all the areas with infrared cameras.

They did it so they can closely monitor and track the panda for security reasons.

On February 16 of last year, the cameras caught the all-white panda strolling through a forest that was covered in snow.

The panda was facing the camera with its back the whole time.

3 days after that, the panda was seen again and it was caught on a different camera that was installed in the mountains, which is around 1 kilometer away.

After 10 minutes, the animal was spotted arriving at the bottom of the mountain and images of the moment suggested that it was walking away from that scene.

Li Sheng, a researcher and a panda specialist that works for the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature), said that the animal is around 3 years old now.

They also said that the animal is in a strong physical form, which suggests that they have adapted pretty well to the environment that they were in.

The panda is also in a healthy state right now.

The panda is believed to be a female one.

Let’s all hope the animal is protected well by the authorities in China.
