Oppo, the Chinese Electronics Company has officially unveiled the R7s smartphone with notable specifications at the 35th GETIX (Gulf Information Technology Exhibition) Event 2015 held at the Dubai World Trade Center, UAE. Oppo Electronics company mainly focuses on the production of smartphones and media players has announced a new handset in order to enter the race of smartphones and grab the attention of consumers with its latest R7s smart handset. Offering pretty good specifications, Oppo R7s has set a challenge to the other best sellers such as Asus Zenfone 2, Xiaomi Mi 4i, OnePlus 2 and others.

Oppo R7s is powered by a 3,070mAh battery with VOOC flash charging technology which is slightly similar to the Asus Zenfone 2 but without VOOC. Xiaomi Mi 4i packs slightly bigger 3,120mAh battery. Coming to the Camera, Oppo R7s sports a 13MP rear camera and other two also sports similar rear camera while the front camera of R7s is large sporting an 8MP front facing camera compared to other two having 5MP front camera.

Final Verdict

After looking at the complete specs and price, Oppo R7s and Asus Zenfone 2 come alike in terms of performance while Xiaomi Mi 4i will be a better choice for the budget shoppers that has a lower price tag. Asus Zenfone 2 is priced at Rs. 19,999 and Xiaomi Mi 4i is priced at Rs. 12, 999. Oppo hasn’t released the price of R7s.

We can justify that Xiaomi Mi 4i would be the best choice if you’re planning to buy a budget smartphone. But, if you are willing to spend little extra, then you can go with Oppo R7s or Asus smartphones. As the price tag of Oppo R7s is not yet revealed, it is little tough to choose between Oppo and Asus.However, Oppo R7s is a recently released smartphone with an impressive metal cladding design.
