[Watch CCTV Footage] Mumbai: 16-Year-Old Girl Gets Beaten Up By A Man For Objecting Him From Making Noise In Streets
Despite the matter that many critical steps are taken to safeguard the woman in our country, sexual harassment and molestation are always crucial problems, especially, in today’s corporate and other professional sectors. Kicking aside the academics, proper morale is mandatory and many people are actually missing it.
On the other hand, in a way to beat the problem in a better way, Woman empowerment is a must. Despite the various laws and amendments that almost turned out to be favorable in women’s sides, we are utterly unable to gain expected progress.
Another unfortunate incident took place in Mumbai’s Kurla, that too in the public. The incident was recorded in the CCTV Footage which later went viral on social media.

In the CCTV footage, we can see the man, who was later identified as Imran Shahid Shaikh, attacking the girl, he went beating up the girl repeatedly until she was left with a fractured nose, he did all this just because she asked him and his friends not to indulge in loud arguments around her house premises.
Police claimed that the accused was arrested on the day of the incident, but was later granted bail by a local court. Sources from the cops added that the incident took place on October 17 near SRA Building in Shramjeevi Nagar, Chembur at 7 pm, when the victim was going to her class with a friend.

However, the saddest part of the incident is that many watched this happening, but, didn’t step forward to help her. “The people, who witnessed the incident, did not stop Imran from beating her,” the official added.
On the top of everything, though the complaint against the convict was registered under the sections 324, 326 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code. He was soon released.
