We often hear a lot of cases these days regarding girl molestation but we don’t know how many of them are true because there are certain women who just trap guys for money or for some other personal grudges between them. Not all molestation cases are true.

And in most of the cases, the judgment goes in the favor of the girls as we all know. So taking this as an advantage a woman filed a molestation case but this one is bizarre. Look at this story here.

A 35-year-old woman has filed a FIR against a 2-year-old boy for molesting her as well as snatching her gold chain, do you think it’s possible? Yes, but its true.!

According to reports by Hindustan Times, this woman from Bihar (Champaran district) filed a complaint on March 15, 2017, with the Patahi police station.

The 2-year-old boy’s father said that the kid is experiencing sleepless nights ever since the complaint is lodged against him. Moreover, he also stated that the woman has purposely lodged this case in order to save her husband; what happened was that the woman’s husband was booked under IPC 379 and 307 (attempt to murder), after the 2 year old’s father sustained head injuries and filed a case against him.

So now, he feels that she’s taking revenge by putting his child in trouble. Moreover, he blames, Sunil Kumar, the Village head for instigating the woman to file a case.

He adds,

“Inspector Kanaiya Prasad, posted as station house officer at Patahi is persistently putting pressure on me to withdraw the case.”

Instead of taking action against culprits, police officials are threatening him to withdraw the case; currently, the boy is traumatized.

This case looks impossible, doesn’t it? Is it possible for a 2-year-old to molest a 35-year-old? At such a tender age, the boy might not even be aware of the term “Molestation”.
