It has not been a long time to forget the unfortunate incident of Srinivas Kuchibotala’s murder. There has always been the deliberate racial discrimination in western countries. Earlier, people hesitated to abuse Asians in public but the plates turned after Trump has become the president.

Despite the loose or impossible actions taken on the criminals who committed various crimes against immigrants, Trump stretched the rules too hard by implementing his idea of building the wall. However, coming to the point, various incidents of hate-crime were acknowledged in other western countries and the virus has now spread to Ireland too.

According to the video that is going viral on Twitter which was shot on a train in Ireland, it is seen, a racist woman telling one of the Asian passengers to “Go back to India” for placing a bag on an empty seat beside her.

Watch The Videos Here:

Twitter user ‘TheBexWay’ filmed and uploaded the video tagging the ‘Irish Rail Account’, the train was passing from Limerick Colbert station to Limerick Junction on Sunday, and it is heard the woman yelling out at the Asian, assumed to be Indian, the woman shout “Go back to India. Don’t give me your guff.”

The woman was busy in passing the abusive words and all of sudden there came a man who supported the victim, urging the woman to stop abusing, the woman deliberately responded:

“look at the ugly head of that fella, that’s the only reason he’s backing you up is because he’s ugly”.

After the video went viral on Twitter, the locale media approached the uploader and recorded her opinion, she said:

“You don’t really get the full effect of what happened from the video. She was literally sitting beside them, screaming bloody murder in their faces. It went on for almost the whole train ride. I didn’t feel safe. If that turned into a fist fight, there would have been nobody there to help us,” she concluded.

The immediate probe was done and the concerned Irish Policeman told media:

“People should be able to travel on our services without abuse of any kind. The footage is very clear and very shocking and we welcome the fact that another member of the public was able to assist in identifying the person involved.”

And it must be noted that there is a tremendous growth in abuse rate in Ireland. According to the survey conducted by the European Network against Racism Ireland (ENAR Ireland), it is observed that Ireland is one of the top five countries with the highest growth rate in abuse.
