Mega girl Niharika Konidela made a huge buzz when she made her debut in Telugu film industry with the movie Oka Manasu. Even though the movie didn’t do well at the box office, Niharika received a decent applause for her performance in the film.

After the massive disappointment of Oka manasu, she left no signs about her second film in Tollywood. She settled back to doing a web series in Telugu again but this time with her father (Nanna Koochi). Now, the latest buzz is that she is going to make her Tamil debut soon.

Niharika Tamil Debut:

It has been reliably learned that Niharika has been signed to play the female lead in actor Vijay Sethupathi’s next. Arumuga Kumar’s maiden directorial venture, starring Vijay Sethupathi and Gautham Karthik, who is son of veteran actor Karthik, also seen in Mani Ratnam’s Kadali, in a dual role.

“She had been in talks for a while but it was only recently that things fell into place. The film will be directed by a debutant Arumuga Kumar, who has known Vijay for a long time. Niharika has got a very interesting role and so decided to give it a go-ahead. She has already begun shooting for the film,” reveals a source.

The movie is said to be a romantic entertainer and the regular shoot of the film is expected to start from next month. An official announcement and More details about the film are yet to be revealed.
