With the hashtag #JanaGanaManaUnsung it has been widely promoted on social media. The song has been remastered for Bengali film Rajkahini which is slated for a release on October 16th, 2015. Directed by Srijit Mukherji, the film has an ensemble cast containing eleven major female characters.
