Amidst Christmas celebrations, the company has all set to launch the new handset on December 15. Announcing the launch, Xiaomi has put up a special page on their official website to give a start to the Christmas season. The Chinese smartphone maker will be heaping up all its offers for its sale on December 15. Besides these offers, the company is also planning to include a special surprise which is nothing but the launch of the much-awaited Redmi Note 2 Prime smartphone in India.

According to some sources, the new Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Prime may be exclusively available for purchase on Amazon.in. Also, the e-commerce website has already commenced to tease the launch of Xiaomi Redmi Note 2. Xiaomi has launched this device earlier this year alongside Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 smartphone. Today, it has confirmed that the smartphone will be launched in India on December 15.
