Jessica Finelle, the lawyer of Mr. Carlos Ghosn said that the rights to a fair trial of his client have been violated and added that they have filed a complaint with the UN.

Finelle also said that the standard of his treatment did not meet the international standards.

She added that Carole Ghosn, the wife of Mr. Carlos is also a victim of the “brutal” manner.

Carole Ghosn said that she felt in danger which forced her to return to France to ask its government to interfere on the behalf of Carlos Ghosn.

Carlos Ghosn, the former boss of Nissan was arrested in November and has been charged with a couple of offenses which include under-reporting his pay package and transferring the funds of Nissan for his personal use.

Carlos Ghosn denied all the charges that were put against him.

Eventually, Mr. Carlos Ghosn was granted bail after spending 3 months in Japanese custody.

The lawyer of Mr. Carlos, Finelle said that Mr. Carlos is a victim of the hostage justice system of Japan, she added that for some time she did not have had access to his case file.

Ms. Finelle added, “He is basically treated in a way that’s he’s pressurized – to weaken him so that he will make forced confessions.”

Ms. Finelle also said that the re-arrest of Mr. Carlos Ghosn last week was in a very brutal fashion and were treated like dangerous terrorists.

The office of the prosecutor sent 20 people to arrest Mr. Carlos Ghosn on Thursday.

The wife of Mr. Carlos was allowed to shower while in the presence of a female officer and went through a full body search.

The officials also took the passport of Carole, her smartphones, and her computer.

Ms. Finelle also said that the officials tried to interview her without her being present in the room.

Carole Ghosn was interviewed by the media in which she said that she was in danger and had to return to France to ask its government to support them and interfere in the case of her husband.

Carole also said that her husband recorded a video in which he drops names of those people who he believes are responsible for what is happening to him.

The legal team of Mr. Carlos Ghosn is going to release the video on Tuesday.

Mr. Carlos said that his arrest is the result of treason and a plot that was set against him by executives of Nissan who wants to stop his plans to incorporate Mitsubishi, Renault, and Nissan.
