Man Falls Off 3500-Ft-High Cliff Taking Rounds Of Age-Old Temple In Tamil Nadu

A terrible video that went viral on social media shows a man slipping from a cliff at height in his endeavor to go around a temple hoping seeking good luck. The incident took place in Tamil Nadu.

Sanjeevi Perumal temple is an age-old place of worship located on a 3500-ft-high cliff. The temple is in Musiri, Trichy. People visit Sanjeevi Perumal and attempt to go around the temple. The procedure is called ‘girivalam’ which means people walk around the temple to seek good luck.

It seems like the man who attempted to take the rounds fell down the cliff, with no good luck by his side. As the temple has no place around it for worshippers to go around it, the man was warned before he ventured further towards danger.

But the man kept the warnings aside and dared to tread in practically no space. The man was already done with two rounds and in the third one, he lost his balance and slipped.

All the incident was captured on a mobile phone. When the matter was checked with the cops, they stated that they are yet to get information about the incident.
