On Monday, Litarani Senapati a 32-year-old woman was found dead inside her house in Ganjam District, police say that she was beaten to death by her in-laws and husband.

Her body was found inside her house in Narendrapur, she was a mother of 2 children. The officials in the Chamakhandi police station are now conducting an investigation.

Siba Patra, the brother of the 32-year-old woman, said that on Sunday night she was beaten to death by her husband and in-laws.

Chitta Ranjan Behera the Inspector-In-Charge of Chamakhandi Police Station said that the exact reason behind the gruesome crime will be found out after the investigation.

But it is suspected that she was killed due to a family dispute, Chitta Ranjan Behara said that the dead body has now been sent for an autopsy.
