A graduation ceremony is always special for all the graduate students. It’s very pleasure for the students to receive the graduation certificate from the Principal in the presence of the parents. But Josibel Aponte’s graduation has one more speciality. A man who saved her life 18years ago also attended the graduation ceremony in additional to her parents.

Here’s The Entire Story:

Once upon a time when Aponte was a 5-year-old, apartment in which she was staying was erupted in fire. A Police officer Peter Getz rescued Aponte from the building which was completely up in flames. The girl had stopped the breathing. Peter Getz took her to the hospital. After the operation, she came out of the danger.

But unfortunately, Getz could not save her uncle who lost his life with the injuries in the fire. After this incident, Aponte and the Police officer became closer. They used to meet regularly. A picture of Getz rescuing the girl was kept on his table until his retirement. Police officer’s children were just 2 years older the Aponte.
