Meizu, the Chinese Manufacturing Company is planning to release the miniature version of the flagship device soon. While the device remains under wraps, the Meizu Pro 5 Mini has been listed online. A European third-party online retailer listed the new Meizu Pro 5 Mini in the Online Store before its official launch. Also, the retailer leaked the complete spec sheet of the handset along with its price.
Meizu unveiled the flagship device Meizu Pro 5 in China in the month of September which has an impressive design with high-end specs. Now, ahead of its launch, specs leaked online. Meizu Pro 5 Mini is listed at a price of EUR 359.99 (approximately Rs 25,700).
Specifications
The Mini Variant of Meizu Pro 5 comes with a 4.7-inch full-HD display with a 1920×1080 resolution. The handset is powered by a 64-bit Helio X20 MT6797 processor which is coupled with 3GB RAM. The device has an internal storage of 32GB which can be further expanded upto 128GB via microSD card. According to the specs listed in the online store, the device will be equipped with a 16MP rear Camera along with a 5MP front-facing Camera. The handset runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with the company’s Flyme OS. Meizu Pro 5 Mini is a dual-SIM device that is backed by a 3050mAh battery.
The device supports 4G LTE and it also sports fingerprint scanner for authentication. With these specs on board, Meizu Pro 5 mini will definitely stand as a high-end spec phone and succeed in the mid-range market. If the device unveils with the similar specifications as listed above, the new Meizu smartphone will set as a competition with other smartphones like OnePlus X with similar specs and price range.
As per the reports, Meizu is expected to launch a 4GB variant with 64GB onboard storage of the mini smartphone, just like it did with the original Pro 5. However, Meizu hasn’t officially ensured the launch of the Pro 5 mini, but such great leaks only tend towards an expected release sometime soon.
