A Delhi-based real estate developer, the Antriksh Group, has announced its entry into South India with its first residential project in Telangana. It has formed a joint venture with south India’s Maruti Corporation Limited to develop a 30-acre residential project at Shadnagar on the outskirts of Hyderabad. This project will be the first serviced apartment project with all modern amenities.

After delivering more than 70 projects in Indian cities like Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Haridwar, Jaipur, Noida and Rewari, the Antriksh Group has launched its Value Home concept in Shadnagar, which is well connected to Shamshabad and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.

“After spending three decades in the north Indian real estate market and gaining realistic experience, we have decided to move into the other markets of the country where we can utilise our expertise. We are in the process of becoming a national brand and coming up with new projects especially in the residential segment across the country where there is a scope. In the first phase of expansion, we have decided to enter Hyderabad. We have seen the rise in demand for housing projects in and around Hyderabad and it is the right time to enter the State,” Abhishek Goyat, MD and CEO of the Antriksh Group, said in a statement on Tuesday.
