Nathan Lyon and Glenn Maxwell took the relay fielding to a new height by pulling off a spectacular effort. The incident took place when Australia faced Zimbabwe in a tri-series 2014. They both saved a boundary during an ODI against Zimbabwe, the first match of the tri-series.

Zimbabwe was chasing a humongous 350-plus target. In the 9th over of their innings, Sikandar Raza pushed a Mitchell Starc delivery towards leg-side. At one point of time, it looked certain that the ball would cross the boundary rope. Lyon tossed up the ball and crossed the fence and Glenn Maxwell jumped in out of nowhere and put in one-handed effort and threw the ball back into play.
