Santhoshi Roopa, director Sreenu Vaitla’s wife has complained to Banjara Hills Police on Monday that Sreenu Vaitla has been harassing her mentally. The director, who has been struggling on the professional front with back to back disasters of Aagadu and Bruce Lee, has been slapped with a harassment case. FIR is filed against Sreenu Vailta under IPS sections 498 (A), 323A.

Roopa Vaitla in the case filed against her husband has mentioned that Srinu Vaitla has been harassing her for months. He indeed hurt her mentally with his words and also provoked her to hurt herself.  There has been no reaction from director Sreenu Vaitla so far. Police are investigating the case.

The couple has three daughters and recently built a lavish home at New MLA Quarters in Jubilee Hills. Roopa is also known for costume designing for heroine Samantha in Dookudu and Kajal in Baadshah.  Sreenu and Roopa have three daughters who were appeared in films like Dookudu, Baadshah in blink-and-miss cameos.

However, after a dramatic turn, Roopa Vaitla withdrawn her complaint on same day as few industry bigwigs have solved the disputes.
