Air India Passenger Finds Cockroach In his Food
A passenger of the Air India flight from Bhopal to Mumbai found a cockroach in the food that was served to him, after two days, Air India apologized about the incident and said that they have initiated “corrective action internally”.
Air India tweeted: “We sincerely apologize for the incident where our valued pax (passenger) had a disappointing experience with the meal served on board our Bhopal-Mumbai flight. Air India always endeavors to ensure our pax enjoy our services.”
The victim of the incident was Rohit Raj Singh Chauhan, he was on the Bhopal flight to Mumbai when he found a cockroach in his idli-vada-sambar. He posted a picture online that showed the cockroach in his food.
The airline company tweeted: “We have taken serious note of the incident and immediately issued a strong notice to the caterer concerned. Air India has a zero-tolerance policy in this respect and has initiated corrective action internally. Our senior officials are in touch with the aggrieved passenger.”
