2-Year-Old Boy Locks His Mom’s Phone For 48 Years

In other news, here is a 2-year-old kid in Shanghai, China had reportedly locked his Mother’s iPhone for 25 million seconds. The toddler did this by entering the wrong password too many times. By 25 million seconds, it does not mean the iPhone is locked for a few minutes or seconds, but the device is locked for 48 years.

“I couldn’t really wait for 47 years and tell my grandchild it was your father’s mistake,” the women reportedly said. The woman said she gives the phone to her son to watch the educational content, but one day she came to home and found out that her son had entered the wrong password many times and as a result, the iPhone is disabled now. When the woman took the phone to repair shop, the technician over there told her that he once had seen an iPhone locked for 80 years.

The technician suggested the woman that a factory reset for the device would bring the phone back to unlock it, but at a loss of all the content from the device. Since the loss of content happens, the woman doesn’t want to lose the files and pictures.

As per the reports floating in the media, the incident took place in January, but the woman expected the phone would be unlocked in the next two months on its own, but disappointed.

The pic of the iPhone locked for 48 years has sparkled debates on the internet. While some are suggesting storing the data in some other device when the device is being given to the children.
