Air India Bans Non-Vegetarian In Flights And Air-Vistara Has A Perfect Reply To Them, Netizens Backs Vistara

It has been three years of Modi government. Despite the major progressive takes like Demonetization and GST, there are plenty of laws that roped in conspiracies and criticism throughout the country.

Starting with the beef ban and attacks by Gau Rakshaks, there’s literally a new age orange terrorism that is outgrowing the current day hypocrisy. Now, following all these, another strange and annoying rule is on the table, Air India officially banned non-vegetarian in its flights, thereafter, passengers can no more dream of non-vegetarian. With series of bans and modifications, this alteration is no much surprise.

Back then in 2015, Air India already banned non-vegetarian for those who won’t travel more than 90 minutes. It appears like this is an extension of the same. And it is believed that this move is taken in order to tackle the pricing issues.

Post this announcement from the authorities, an Air India spokesperson responded to media, saying, “Air India has taken a conscious decision not to have non-veg in economy class on its domestic flights to reduce wastage, cost and improve the catering service.”

Meanwhile, serving non-vegetarian in the first and business class will be continued as it was since the inception. Now, this biased norm has received its share of criticism in the form of an internet outrage. And the thing with these outrages is, most of them are humorous and thoughtful at the same time.

Check out the reactions here:

Some got offended, some roped in fun and here is a completely phenomenal response.

Airlines’ newbie, popular firm Air Vistara took on to their official Twitter handle and went saying that customers conveniences are their priority.

And Twitter now has another reason to troll Air India. This response from ‘Vistara’ is transparently a major burn. Check out how people responded to the same:
